The hotel was in a really good location. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also asked if we could leave our luggage with them because we had a late flight, and they happily let us, which we really appreciated.

★★★★★ I had a wonderful stay at Solterra Seminyak and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, and in a great location, but what really made my experience special was the people. The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant team was always friendly and attentive, and the front desk staff went above and beyond whenever I needed assistance. A very special thank you to Nikken at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and accommodating. Nikken really made me feel taken care of and is a great example of the outstanding hospitality I experienced at Solterra. Excellent rooms, wonderful amenities, fantastic service, and genuinely caring staff. Five stars all around. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Bali!

Wow what an amazing trip and a great place to stay. Although not on the beach a very short walk to it. I could not ask for a better experience from the kind staff, great massage, great pool, and comfortable room! I will definately be back many more times! Thank you!

Friendly staff, close to many great restaurants & only a short scooter ride to beaches. Quiet area, even though in busy Seminyak. We had a 1bdrm villa with private pool and it was amazing. They also have free luggage storage for after checkout.

We really enjoyed our six night stay at Solterra. The room was large and comfortable as was the bathroom. The pools were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and most of all the staff were ever so helpful, in particular Dwi at the front desk was always there to assist us in whatever we needed. There’s just a special feel about the place which is hard to find anymore. We are sure to come back.

All round awesome place to stay, quiet, safe, caters to all travellers. Great in house food and access to all tours you need to have a great holiday. Tour desk can book everything you need and is very helpful, all staff were excellent from front desk, room service, cleaners and Gardner. Room was spacious fresh and clean, has a great feel to it and excellent comfy bed and pillows. Property is well kept with lovely plants and gardens, swimming pool has lots of lounge chairs and day beds, great to cool off. Looking forward to my next stay soon so keep up the great work

I loved my 2 weeks here it’s so peaceful and relaxing the pool is great and everything is just so easy. The staff are really lovely the staff on reception always say hello every time you walk past and the servers from the restaurant were amazing there were 2 main servers who were just incredible and I had good conversations with them. I am planning a return within the next year it was that good

The staff was amazing. I do notice that this place has a lot of elders and families that stay here. If you are a solo traveler, it might make you feel awkward being by yourself. The only thing I don't like about this place is mosquitoes. The bathroom doesn't close fully and mosquitoes would come inside the bathroom and bedroom. I hated to use the bathroom at night as many mosquitoes were flying around. Overall, except for the mosquitoes, this place is quiet and about 10 minutes from the Center village.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is great within walking distance to the beach, which made everything so unforgettable. A special thank you to the lovely lady at Restaurant name Indah and to Pundi at the reception, both of them went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
