Great Hotel

Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families.

Il vero punto di forza di Adlernest, a nostro avviso, sta nel personale. Ci hanno subito fatto sentire accolti e a nostro agio con un giusto mix tra approccio professionale ed easy. L’unico elemento che avremmo cambiato è il materasso (troppo duro), per il resto ci siamo trovati benissimo. Cucina ottima. Complimenti a Mattias, Simon e Adrian in particolare!

Poco da dire su questo hotel:tutto è stato perfetto. Spazi comuni come ristorante, spa, piscina,area giochi impeccabili. Cibo raffinato e di qualità. Personale gentilissimo. ideale per famiglie con bambini. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Ottimo servizio, personale sempre cordiale e solare, ottima cucina!!! Non amo particolarmente mangiare ma devo dire che, sia per le porzioni, sia per la cura e la bontà dei piatti, finalmente ho mangiato con piacere. Bellissima posizione e particolare cura alle esigenze dei bambini. Da provare!!

We love the friendly and helpful staff. But the sofa bed was not comfortable for our son. They did try to make an effort though but it could use a better mattress?
