"Nice hotel and amazing location "

"Clean room, great amenities. Washer/dryer was very convenient. The master bedroom closet was very spacious, but could've used more coat hangers and/or hooks. The kitchen is functional but not many utensils or dishes available (apparently you can rent more) - we only used the kettle and the fridge so it wasn't a problem for us. We were able to do late check-out for a minimal charge. Hotel is within walking distance of a few different subway stations, which is very convenient for getting around. "

"The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back."

"The breakfast was fabulous. Lots of options to choose from and the best kimchi we tasted during our trip. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with transportation needs, and they patiently answered all our questions. The room was clean, and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner smell really nice. We definitely recommend staying at the Koreana. "
