LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG
Basic breakfast, small rooms ( before paid upgrade) elevators that hardly come, a bath with a curtain, only few sockets. In short not what you expect from a 4 star hotel.

The Grand Hyatt Seoul has a fantastic location above Itaewon with beautiful views, and that's about all it has going for it. ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun
I stayed with my family of three kids and we had an incredible time. Staff was so nice and location was great! So may good options and close to transportation. We enjoyed our stay so much.
