"We had the best stay - property is amazing. The breakfast buffet was just mind blowing. Staff was incredible and we had a personal contact to arrange things for us. The beach at the hotel was beautiful with nice sand and plenty of lounge space. Goa is very spread out so having a nice hotel as a home base was key. "

The main pool area, in particular was kitschy and not commensurate with the star rating and per day charge (average of $700 per night). I had to ask for newspapers everyday and staff didn't ask if I wanted one delivered every morning . At dinner at one of the restaurants, cheese was added to our vegan pasta and another day, I had to remind the waiter 3 times to get me a beer. This last item is not something that can be controlled but there were too many families with unruly kids so if you are hoping for a quiet time, perhaps this is not the best option. "
