"Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris and yes rooms are small and bathrooms smaller but you couldn't even turn around in the shower and to sit on the toilet you had to turn sideways. Went for breakfast which was adequate but the guy checking people in had no time for anyone. He really shouldn't be working around people. "

"I accidentally booked this hotel for the wrong date. Within five minutes Icontacted the hotel staf to change that date, and they refused it. I know it was non refundable booking but still i contacted them right away they couldn't make an exception. I would never stay in this hotel knowing this is the customer service they provide. "
