"Location was great, friendly staff, took off a staff for comfort because it would have been nice to have more room in the toilet area, tight squeeze. Beds are lower than we are accustomed to. Overall clean and welcoming. "

"Room was the perfect size and location was extremely convenient to Shibuya Station as well as various konbinis. The amenities were good and plentiful as well. One small nit that I failed to follow up on is that there was no hot water coming out of the tap into the bath. I was not planning on taking baths so this was not a problem for me but may be for others. Overall, a great stay and would come back again!!"

"This hotel is in the middle of Shibuya action and about 15 minutes to the nearest train station. Shops and restaurants are within minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful. Specifically, I appreciated the staff's support in holding luggage and making taxi reservation on our behalf."

The location is also a big plus, as it is very close to everything, making it convenient for travelers. However, there are a few areas that could be improved for future travelers. The breakfast could offer more variety, as the options felt limited. The room was quite small, which may be uncomfortable for longer stays. Additionally, the mattress was very thin, and the pillows were not as fluffy as expected, making it harder to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel is clean and well-managed with great staff, but there are some comfort aspects that could be enhanced."

"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that can’t open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever been. The executive lounge service was great. This hotel also has the 7 Eleven on the 2nd floor. This hotel in my opinion is a 5 star hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff would go an extra mile to make sure we had good experience. It is located closer to the famous Tokyo crossing street. I highly recommend this hotel."
