The convenient location right inside the rail station makes it easy to drop off luggage before heading out to sightsee. The rooms had all the amenities needed and very comfortable beds. Also having a nice restaurant within the hotel was a plus. But the best feature was the incredibly helpful staff!

The staff are of particular note - very friendly and welcoming, also ready to help us with any of our travel needs.
All of the extras - the midnight snack, the delivery of fresh fruit, help with finding places in Lisbon - made the stay extra special.
We loved it.
