"El baño tenía humedades en las paredes, la cisterna del wc no paraba de sonar, por lo que dormir se hacía algo complicado. Las señoras de la limpieza se dejaron un estropajo debajo de la cama y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba negra de humedad.La ubicación es muy buena y la cama muy cómoda, la calefacción funciona perfectamente, pero el baño..... Muy mejorable.La comunicación con el responsable algo lenta pero eficaz.Entiendo que resolverán los problemas en el baño, así los siguientes huéspedes...

"We had a suite and the extra lounge type room with a sofa was much appreciated. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was some maintenance work in the room above ours but this was really only for a day or so. Occasional music from the main road but no big deal. Breakfast service was very good and the manageress for this was very kind and helpful. We would take a suite again at this hotel."

"This is our second time staying here (different apartment, same building), and once again we were very pleased with the home away from home feel of the apartment. Travelling as four females, we all feel safe The location is ideal. In the Old Town part of Setúbal with many pedestrian only streets, lots of shops, restaurants and cafes to explore, and within walking distance to the supermarket and the wonderful Mercado do Livramento. Also nearby is a church that rings it's beautiful bells on the hour from 9 am to 9 pm. Our host, Lisete, was as always very welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend."

"This is a very small hotel with 7 rooms. They are located in a convenient location in the city that is walkable to shops, restaurants, markets and the ferry terminal. A paid parking lot is outside is close by and inexpensive. Breakfast comes with the room and is provided in the panadería right next door. All rooms are up one floor from street level and there is no elevator. We were provided with a small bottle of wine and a bottle of water in our room. There is a hot pot and coffee maker, There were 2 tea bags, but no sugar or creamer. We enjoyed our one night stay and wish the owners the best."

"This place looked amazing in the photos, but when you get there, it’s honestly nothing like the pictures. There was a strong mold smell, especially in the bathroom not only in my room, but also in my friend’s room. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, and the staff was very kind and helpful, but my main complaint is definitely the smell in both the room and washroom. The floors also didn’t seem very clean; our socks turned completely black from walking around. Unfortunately, I had to leave early, so I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast."
