"I loved everything about this property from the location to the amenities to the staff. Top tier."

"The host was very accommodating. We were missing a bed on arrival and the host came and fixed the situation for us. Strong water pressure for showers and hot water. Bidet was solid. The washer is a full size washer and washes the clothing clean without issues. The standalone dryer is even better and industrial size to handle a full drying load from the washer, and was fast. Full size fridge came in handy. We didn't use the kitchen, microwave or TV so no review on that. The furnished apartment is 8 minutes walking from COEX Mall, 6 minutes to the metro #2 line, 10 minutes walking from a major bus hub. There is a 24 hour 7-Eleven and Nice to CU convenient store in the building, as well as an Ediya coffee shop. The street behind the accommodations has a food street with tons of restaurants. You're also near a Tim Hortons and Starbucks Reserve. An Olive Young is a 1 minute walk away."

"It was a good stay with clean facility, nice rooftop bar, though very limited items, and closed too early, pretty wasteful to have an outdoor facility could be used during the day. The BF is decently priced $17pp much less than most of the hotels in the similar areas. The location is good, conveniently set with wonderful surroundings, except there was so much construction. The price of the hotel was extremely outrageous for the property offered, with nearly $500USD/day, this is the worst value/dollar ratio ever."

"1. I booked a ‘Mini Suite’. It was definitely ‘Mini’ 2. It paid for a King Size bed. It was smaller than a ‘Queen Size’. 3. When I booked I asked for a rate with breakfast, only to find out that it didn’t include breakfast. So I paid about $18/pp on the first morning, only to find out it was an embarrassing excuse for breakfast. Just shameful. 4. On the morning after we arrived, I went to the front desk asking them to checkout ahead of schedule.They told me that I Ned to do it THREE DAY IN ADVANCE, or in other words I was ‘trapped’ at this horrible place for the rest of our visit. I am starting to have second thoughts about what you guys at Expedia define as an “Excellent” hotel. Embarrassing!"

"Zero amenities, room was not cleaned properly there was a mattress on the floor that looked like someone had just slept it when got up from when we arrived. What kind of "four star" hotel has no system for early check-in, late check-out, baggage hold, etc., these are basic facilities you get. Hostels have better facilities. False advertising and total scam."

"Wonderful location, right above Coex mall which is open late and has a wide variety of shops, eateries, restaurants, groceries, great for taking a walk, there is even a hospital and pharmacy downstairs which is super quick, easy, and inexpensive. I just wished the hotel would have let me check in earlier since I was traveling with early parents and we arrived at 6am. (I know they had rooms available bec I could still book a room on Expedia for the day I was checking in) but they would not oblige and had us wait until the 3:00 check in time "
