"My husband and I bought Penn State football tickets and could not locate one vacant hotel room near the stadium. So I searched outside the area and located this gem. I've never stayed in an RV before, and this RV was so nice!! The RV was spacious and very clean. It literally looks brand new. I felt right at home. It has a large seating area and full kitchen if you want to prep simple meals inside. The king size bed was comfortable with a sleep by number remote system separate for each side of the bed. There are TVs in the living and bedrooms, central air & heat, and a powder and bathroom. Plenty of comfort and amenities for a small family.The wooded area where the RV is located is slightly uphill from the owner's home and has an outdoor grill and fire ring. The friendly owners came up to show us how to use the systems in the RV, which was necessary and helpful, and they then left us to our privacy. We enjoyed meeting them and having lively conversation. Very down-to-earth people!We sat outside by the fire after dark and just relaxed listening to the night sounds and gazing at the stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again! Highly recommended."

"The place was good and the location seems really good if you have time to hike. Unfortunately we were only staying for one night. Clean and cozy. Some additional information ahead of arrival for check in would have been good, especially now knowing that there would be no cell coverage."

"Beautiful house and surrounding grounds. This was our second stay here, and we loved every minute of it. This house has everything - large bedrooms, large well-stocked kitchen, large out door decks. Amenities incluse a hot tub, pool table, darts, and large flat screen TVs. Location is great ... close to many state parks and less than 30 miles to Penn State. Communication with the host is excellent. Overall, our experience was a 10 out of 10!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described - very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was great, the fireplace made for cozy evenings, and everything we needed was provided. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure the sleeping arrangements accommodated everyone in our group, which we really appreciated. The entire process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."

"This cozy home was the perfect landing spot for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful, the space is clean and comfortable, and the price is extremely reasonable. It was about 34 minutes to my daughter’s apartment near the McAllister parking garage at any time — Thursday night, Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning. If you’re traveling west on 322 into State College, it’s a great location. I wish I’d found it four years ago!"
