"The rooms and location were fine however the cleaning staff never listed to our instructors of do not disturb and only provide 1 clean bath towel each time they cleaned. The constant construction noise was also annoying. I’d consider looking else where for the price"

"Stayed 2 nights, false fire alarm went off twice, the first time being 6am in the morning. Had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs to stand outside for 20 minutes only to be told that it was a false alarm caused by steam. Staff on reception very rude and unhelpful.
