"The woman at the PAID breakfast buffet is RUDE! She should be cleaning rooms and FAR AWAY from direct customer service. Breakfast was a JOKE! I’ve had better food (and service) at a FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST The rooms had been “updated” but in a very poor fashion. The bathtub faucet wasn’t even caulked to the wall so when we pulled the lever to start the shower it did nothing. We had to hold the faucet in order to pull the lever. Every shower bar was crooked. It was obvious this place was updated in a cheap and quick fashion. The waterpark was a BLAST! We will definitely be back just to visit the water park. The rest of the place we could do without though. "

"Amazing rooms you dont have to leave the resort for anything. Water park was a great time only thing i didn't like was the group of workers were doing the wave board on there break and spent awhile on it .but overall great time will definitely stay again it was cheaper to get a room and use the water park then pay gor water park passes and stay anywere else.parking was crazy but they also were packed it was about a 5 min walk from our car to main lobby to our floor "

"The hotel is outdated and our room Smelled like lingering smoke. Our room and bed was clean. I went April 10th 2026 Friday $154 for 1 night, for a daughter baton & dance competition. For what we needed, it was a good stay. The staff was very friendly, and courteous. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast. "

"Positive things: room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast food was good and a nice selection. Disappointed things: No Hot tub as posted. The indoor pool is heated and has an area that blows bubbles. Kids are jumping and splashing in the pool which is fine, but it’s hard to relax in the “spa pool”. Wanted a Hot Tub to relax in. Also room was very loud, road noise was present and didn’t slow down at night. Room had black out curtains but was still bright as day. Lots of lights in the parking lot and kept the whole room lit up. Booked the room bc it was pet friendly and had a hot tub. Great with pets but probably won’t be back. "

"This building needs to better maintained. There are stains on the ceiling, the shower didn’t work properly, the sofa bed pull out mattress had stains on it, I looked under the sink for something and there was a baby pacifier—not sure how long it has been there. Also, I am not sure if they provided new sheets or not for the pull out sofa-because they were just wadded up and thrown on the top shelf of the closet. The photos used in advertising are definitely stock. I am not a high maintenance hotel person, but it was apparent this place is not the cleanest and in need of maintenance and updating. "

"Everything was great. The house is stocked well with plenty of towels, dishes and appliances. Everything we needed. The beds are so comfy and I loved all the throw blankets. Stephen is an excellent host "
