"Very good pool, indoor water park, clean, fresh and staff was excellent in accommodating our needs. Outside park was not open so that disappointed kids but they had a blast using all the slides/surfer and wave pool indoor :) "

"Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and kept full the entire time. Room was clean. The only complaint I have is the parking. We stayed during ponies in the smokies. The event itself has parking for car trailers for a fee. However there were at least 3 vehicles with trailers parked in the hotel lot that took up approximately 10-15 spaces. People had to park along curbs and under the front entrance. Trailers should not be allowed to park there especially if the venue they are attending has parking available. "

"Do not stay here- they have bed bugs the rooms are disgustingly unkept and if you bring any problems to management they will threaten you ."

"The cabin was very clean and spacious. Great place to be with a large group. Loved the quietness of the area it’s in. "

"We stayed here with 5 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of room, the kids loved the pool and hot tub and we were close enough to all of the amenities the area has to offer. We weren’t aware these cabins are in a newer development. There is ongoing construction right across the street and the start early. Other than that we had a lovely stay. Our host was very attentive and available if we needed anything. "
