"The room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked the bathroom. It looks they they are doing some renovations, so the bathroom was completely new and the lighting was nice. The pool/hot tub was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. It's a convenient location. It's a bit run down but you can tell they're trying to work on it. Only one elevator was working, but it even was out of order when we checked out and we had to make two trips to carry our luggage down 6 flights of steps. We're 73 years old. There was only one ice machine and it only worked sporadically."

"The bathtub did not drain so while taking a shower was standing in water. Also Ants were in the area outside the bathroom (sink) area. White socks were black so who knows when floor was last cleaned. Good thing we brought slippers. Breakfast was same things everyday. (Runny eggs,sausage,bagels) they could of at least switched it up a bit. Didn't use the pool area but lots of children were swimming."

"it's a beautiful hotel clean, the staff are amazing and very helpful. They're only two things I would change. First, There wasn't a comfortable chair in our lovely room, need to add a comfy chair. Second, the breakfast was lacking, the sausage was dry and tasteless. So were the eggs, on a good note the bagels and the toast was excellent!!!"
