Located in the heart of the city surrounded by restaurants and activities for the whole family.

Apartment recently renovated and delicately decorated by a prestigious local decorator, with capacity for 4 people, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a double sofa bed, this apartment has all the comforts and utensils to that you feel at home.

The building has a furnished community terrace that is shared with the other three apartments that are part of the property, in it there is a small pool to enjoy the sunny days in the city.

It is only 10 minutes from the AVE station and close to the main monuments of the city.

Located in the heart of the Jewish quarter and a stone's throw from the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, its strategic location allows you to enjoy the best of Seville on foot and throughout the year.

It is a neighborhood with a lot of life, and many shops where you can buy anything you need and as it is very close to everything, we recommend that, if you come by car, leave it in a parking lot and always move on foot.

Needs Some Work

This property has good potential but needs some freshing up. Several things were broken, including the sofa, a drawer in bathroom, and the kitchen faucet. There was a problem with ants which they tried to attend to. The sofa is so stained we didn’t want to sit on it, we found a blanket to cover it up. The property manager made an effort to improve things, including cleaning and trying to get rid of the ants.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED！

This is a very tidy, sweet and nicely decorated apartment with convienient location in city centre, very close to some of the finest resturants, stores, bars and attractions. Public transportation is easy to access to as well. It's very well maintained by a group of professional and nice managers, Abel and Sandra had been super responsive and patient all the time. Thank you so much for hosting our friends and this is worth a 10 star staying experience. Highly recommended!
