"A well-loved architectural gem from yesteryear with high ceilings and lots of natural light. A charming private balcony completes the picture for this reasonably priced, spacious apartment. The best part of my stay, however, is when the air conditioning went out on a sweltering August morning, a single phone call is all it took for Dr. Tant, her assistant Anita, and maintenance person Chris to spring into action and have it repaired in two hours. Two hours! During a Florida summer heatwave! Many thanks to all. I highly recommend this rental."

"One of the best vacations we have taken. We enjoyed staying on the houseboat and just sitting on the porch. We saw all sorts of sea life, fish, crabs, alligator and a dolphin. The houseboat was very clean. The bathroom had great towels and plenty of tp, shampoo and soap. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of coffee pods to use. Two large screen tv's to watch and a comfortable bed. We plan of going back in the future."

"The property was beautiful in every way! Well decorated with bright but warm colors. Feels like we were in a luxury BnB. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The accessible large kitchen with a huge fridge with creamer, juice and a great water and coffee/tea station was a plus. Continental breakfast was also available with fruits, protein snacks, bagels and cream cheese.. the location is excellent with walking paths and parks near Downtown."
