The rooms very clean and comfortable the staff are kind and helpful Family friendly environment shops near by my son loved the water park overall an excellent experience I would go back again

Clean room, the only shining Stars on staff were Amir and Aaron. Other staff on phones or not at front desk. Hostess in tavern was rude. TV did not work, off and on entire stay. No room service available no free breakfast. Not very focused on in house guests. More concerned with tavern customers. Would be a BIG upgrade if you catered to your guests that are staying for Cancer institute patients.

This is our third time staying here. We absolutely love it. It's a great location. Close, but not too close. 6 minutes to Disney Springs. We'll be back next year!

One of the best vacations I’ve taken in awhile because of this property. With everything in Orlando to do you would think you’d want to spend most of your time outside the villa but NO. It’s so much fun to be had inside that that’s what we preferred even over Disney parks!

Great hotel, staff was very friendly. Convenient location close to the parks and lots of dining options. Recommend it.
