"Hotel in a great location close to restaurants and activities. Only issue is we had no hot water in the shower. The longer it was on the colder the water got. Front desk was notified when we stepped out for dinner, but was told no maintenance staff available until the next morning. Front desk staff great and very helpfu with check-in and food suggestions. "This is our second time and we are not disappoint, the food at manatee is the best!, pool are could be a little cleaner. The room we stayed was awesome with the million dollar view. The manager Morgan made our trip even better with her service. We had one week of relaxation. We will be back again! "

"Absolutely loved all the planned activities through out the day. The kids got to enjoy face painting, fire show, bubble party, DJ, balloon animals & game between 11am - 10pm on site. Convenient - able to order a whole pizza at the bar at 10pm. Downfall - the front desk didn’t tell us we had breakfast included in our reservation until I asked so ask before you pay! Dislike - unexpected fees when we got here. They charge parking fee & parking fee tax that is not mentioned when booking. "
