"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, the walkway to the apartment was dirty, and there was a dead bird near the front door, which created a very unpleasant first impression. There was also a strong odor on the main level throughout our stay. The apartment itself could use some maintenance. Top Shanafaraghaun Hotel Reviews

Westport Plaza Hotel

8/10 Good

"I honestly would give this a 3.5 rating instead of a 4, but it wasn't an option. This hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very dated. The furniture is worn and tired. The baseboards, doors, and carpets are dented or torn. The upsides to the hotel are the restaurant and bar are great. The food, drinks and staff were all wonderful. I would not stay here again until they've updated the rooms."

Knockranny House Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent

"My husband choose this hotel & won hands down ( we take it in turn choosing hotels to stay in while visiting southern Ireland ) I lost the night before . The moment we arrived we felt we were just not a room number they had filled our room was amazing . Hotel is situated just outside the town so was lovely & quiet food was beautifully served can't praise it enough ."

The Wyatt Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the Wyatt Hotel in Westport! Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. Very nice breakfast. Staff was fine - not overly warm and welcoming, but helped when asked. Parking was usually available right outside the front door. Price was very reasonable! Loved walking around and shopping in town. Nice fine on our way to Connemara."
