"Enjoyed our stay at the HUALUXE mainly due to the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Our room was a bit dated and a bit dusty in some corners, but overall not too bad.
Location was great, easy to walk into the central area with lots of restaurant choices!

"Review 3.0..... It's hard to make my story heard. So my last and very fair suggestion is: be very careful to the provided address and contact information. Good luck."
"This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded.
That didnโt happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund.
So, I was double-charged.
I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more.
The hotel even doesnโt answer the phone.
If you donโt want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel."
