"Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are great especially the lounges are very spacious. There are plenty of spaces in the hotel for relaxation. There are even snacks, desserts and drinks, both cold and hot including alcohol provided in the lounge for guests’ consumption. And each guest is entitled to a scoop of ice-cream per day."

"This hotel was amazing! It exceeded all expectations. We arrived around 5:30pm and had dinner prepared for us at 6pm, which was a delicious mix of fresh sashimi and tempura. We were then able to book the private outdoor onsen which was truly wonderful and luxurious under the stars. Our hosts were warm, friendly and professional and clearly passionate about delivering an exceptional stay for all their guests. The location itself was spectacular! The hotel looked out onto the ocean and we had an incredible view from our room. I cannot rate this hotel high enough, 10/10 I will definitely be staying here again! "

"It is a nice property with outstanding views of the port. The bedroom was clean, comfortable, and ample for Japan standards. The staff is courteous and the pristine shared kitchen works well. In case you aren’t driving, note that it isn’t quite walking distance from downtown. Btw the GPS took me to a wrong address, by the port; actually the hotel is at the top of the hill. I totally recommend it. "
