Shark Bay

**⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Zero Hospitality** One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed bothered by everything, including the size of our luggage when taking it upstairs. Absolutely no sense of hospitality or customer service. The property is outdated, poorly maintained, and looks nothing like the advertised photos. The food was terrible, the location was inconvenient, and even getting a taxi was a hassle because they weren't allowed through the gate. The experience was so bad that we **checked out early and moved to another hotel** rather than spend another night there. Honestly, this feels like one of the last neglected hotels still standing in the area. It needs serious renovations, better management, and staff training. In its current condition, I question why it's still operating. **Save your money and stay elsewhere. Zero hospitality, misleading photos, and an overall terrible experience.*

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation. The resort boasts impeccably clean rooms and swimming pools, exceptional service from friendly staff, and an extensive variety of delicious food. We highly recommend Sultan Gardens Resort and would happily stay there again."
