"Travelled with small children. The site stated there was a hot tub, but we could not find the hot tub and the pool was cold, making it hard for my family to enjoy the pool when we couldn’t warm up in a hot tub. The live music was quite loud, with the bass traveling pretty much uninterrupted into our hotel room, making it very hard for my family to sleep. We felt it was a hotel designed more for young adults than for families with small children. My wife was glad we only stayed there one night. Did not try the in house food truck. However, the staff we interacted with were very professional"

Their rude and unprofessional behavior had a major negative impact on what should have been a special vacation. We chose to eat most of our meals at the resort for convenience, but unfortunately, each interaction left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. We did our best not to let it ruin our trip, but it was hard to overlook given how often we had to deal with the restaurant staff. The property itself has potential, but management needs to take a serious look at the employees representing the dining experience. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this property on our next trip to Key West. If I could rate the restaurant staff lower, I would."
