Would happily return. Enjoyable relaxing week
We really liked this hotel. We didn't know quite what to expect but we were really pleased with our stay. We really liked the food, it does repeat but there is enough to choose from to make it a bit different. The staff everywhere were really friendly, the bar staff, reception, gardeners (really nice gardens), entertainment and cleaners. Would definitely return.

My recent stay at Amphoras Aqua was absolutely incredible. The staff's warm welcome and impeccable service made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. The hotel's beautiful rooms, stunning views, and top-notch amenities provided a luxurious and comfortable experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine. This is not a 4 star!
We got to the hotel at 3am ,staff took 30 min to check us in. 45 min to get out luggage in. Gave us a room in first floor knowing that I have a baby and a child and we use a double buggy. Hotel have no lift. Room wasn't ready and they gave us 3 single bed and cot wasn't there in the room. Bath room door doesn't lock. Mosquito every where even in the room, we told them and they never done anything about it.

Shocked to arrive and be told we were on the soft drinks only package when this was not made evident anywhere in booking. I thought all inclusive meant all inclusive but the hotel received confirmation from Expedia that we had apparently booked this package although there was no choice when we made the booking. Having contacted Expedia a week about this via email and not having received any reply I will be calling to complain.

first when we arrived at 4.00 pm they told us sorry you have to wait coz there is no room available.... And when we became angry and asked for manager the room came out and ready to check in!!! No one took our luggage, restaurant service is the worst ever specially someone called fathy as we didn't give him tips, he treated us very badly not like people who gave him tips, his attitude is under 0 line and not accepted at all. The only good thing is animation team.

Overall the hotel was very nice but there was only us & another family that was British The food was not for us but saying that we did not go hungry(maybe it was the chips at lunch time). Always managed to get a sunbed without having to put a towel on the bed at stupid o clock in the morning.The swimming was always spotless & very handy having beach towels supplied. There was a free bus down to the beach even though it's not very far in the heat it was great. Also there's a free bus to Naama Bay in the evening but you only get 2 hours there.

Lovely hotel. Be careful of the taxis!
For a sharm 4* this is great ( a lot of Egyptian 4* are really 3*). Clean, luxury feel, good breakfast and really beautiful pool area. Located further down the coast were we prefer to stay it's really close to some nice shisha bars and a big market, also close to old market and a cheap taxi ride away from naama bay etc. For first timers all is say is DONT pay more than £2/3 pound for a taxi anywhere in sharm! They love to rip of tourists. It costs them about 40p to fill up their tank - even if the hotel book your taxi they will rip you off. Haggle with them, the taxis the markets, even the restaurants!

A great experience, as usual.
This is my third time at this hotel. I will always come back here. The 2 pools are great. The food is good. But it is the people who make this hotel so special. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Alaa who works at the front desk is especially notable. He did everything to make me feel welcome. I have no hesitancy recommending this hotel. Oh, and it is 10 minute walk to the sea where you can snorkel right off the dock. Amazing!

The Hotel has seen better days but the pool areas were lovely, fresh bed linen and towels everyday and really friendly, helpful staff who all spoke English. The food was unexciting but always found something to eat. No tummy bugs...The bread was superb and omelettes freshly made for breakfast. Comfy beds and good aircon. Overall we had a great holiday, weather was lovely and lots to do! Mosquitoes were a menace - come prepared!

Fine for the money.
The hotel was very cheap and I would say you get what you pay for. I went with my young daughter to meet friends and we enjoyed our stay. On arrival the shower curtain in my bathroom smelled but the room looked okay. An effort was made to put my friend in the room next door. The housekeeper Mohammed was sweet and changed the curtain as soon as was asked and made a special effort to do a different towel display every day. He also got us brand new towels. He was definitely one of the best staff members during our stay. The safe in my room didn't work but I decided just to use my friends'. We were situated right by the party pool which had loud music playing until up to midnight regularly. It didn't bother us but would be something to bare in mind if you are travelling with children. Some of the staff were over familiar, perhaps because we were travelling without my Husband or any other men but we were asked out and 'hit on' on numerous occasions by members of staff. The fact that it is a part of 3 hotels is good as it gave us a chance to go to the beach area at Shores Aloha. The pools were good and easy to keep an eye on the children, which was the main thing for us, and they especially liked the pancakes by the pool at 4.30. The front desk would not give any alternate taxi numbers forcing you to use the taxi service from the hotel unless you want to flag down a cab on the street. I am sure we overpaid on most trips and that was even after haggling. Food was all clean and safe.

Great hotel with friendly staff
Our stay was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was great and treated us very nicely, ensuring that we were comfortable with out stay and making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. The hotel was in close proximity to the two others in the chain which were were allowed access to as well. We spent most of our time by the pool or in the pool. It was great that the hotel has their own driver as well, he did a perfect job of taking us where we needed to go and went out of his way to make himself available to us. The hotel phone system did not work while we were staying there so we were only able to phone room to room. The pool area and gardens were very clean and well kept. You are able to pay for all-inclusive, which pays for your room, soft/hard drinks, three meals, and two snacks per day. I plan to stay there again someday and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of staying here.

Memnuniyet verici bi otel. Temizlik iyi.
Otel ve imkanları gerçekten güzeldi, amphoras blu ile ortak plaj kullanması ve shuttle servisi olması güzeldi. Temizlik açısından memnun kaldık, sadece odalar ve eşyalar biraz eskiydi ama temizdi. Kahvaltı ve yemekler türk kültürüne uygun değildi ama aç kalmadık çok çeşit vardı. Personel ilgiliydi, havuz mükemmeldi. Tekrar gidersem tercih ederim.

La limpieza muy mejorable. La comida variada pero cocinada con aceite de mala calidad. Falta variedad de fruta, carne y pescado de calidad, etc Cercanía al mar, fondo marino precioso. Los servicios de la playa y comunes muy bien. Recepción amables. No reponían los amenities de la habitación ni limpiaban pasillos de acceso

personnel très sympa pas grand chose autour, il faut prendre le taxi. la navette, c'est pour aller à la plage de l'Amphoras Blu, qui est à coté. On a voulu la prendre, un jour, il n'y avait plus de place. Cuisine: poulet trop sec, bonne soupe.

Уставший отель и персонал)
При заселении дали самый худший номер угловой на 2 этаже, всю ночь на крыше гремел общий кондиционер. Просил два дня сменить номер, и только на 3 сменили. Скучноватый отель, анимация никакая как вроде и нет, спасает только море и широкий пляж и то что можно было пользоваться соседним отелем Амфорас, там анимация активная и пляж получше, зона релакс, аквапарк небольшой, бар который работает и всегда бармен на месте, в отличии от Алохи. Бармены и бары это беда отеля, они каждый раз просят браслет показать на протяжении всего отдыха а на баре и столах срач.

الاستقبال كان جيد واى مشكلة كانوا بيحلوها - الغرفة كانت مريحة - البول كان نظيف ومريح - البحر ممتع لليعرف السباحة فقط - الباس لنقلى للبحر كانت مواعيدة قليلة ومش مناسية اقترح باس كل نصف ساعة من والى البحر - اما الاكل ينقصه حاجات مهمة مثل انواع الجبن فى الفطار نوع واحد جبنه بيضاء فقط - الدريسنح للسلطات مش موجود - البار فى بعض الاوقات لا يتواجد به احد !! - حصل معايا مشكلة خاصة انا كنت حاجز اول ان كلوسف لما وصلت الفتدق قالوا لى حجزك سوفت اول ان كلوسف وده امر ضايقنى - اشكركم

Nix besonderes. Das ist besser wann du buchst ein Pool Blick und nicht Garten Blick. Essen war ok, auswähle nicht so viel. Animation Programm ist gut, viel Möglichkeit. Sauberkeit ist nicht gut, alles war schmutzig und mit viel Moskitos. So einmal geht und es ist mit viel Russen.

Hotel non è vicino mare ci sono.500 metri ,molto spartano non pulito ,sala fa pranzo da ristrutturare,come cucina da rivedere perché sgradevole,camera grande,ma ci vorrebbe più pulizia nel bagno ,specialmente la doccia.la reception uguale da ristrutturare e il bar,come pulizia come giudizio ,6 speriamo in meglio

Nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto, soprattutto in rapporto alla cifra spesa. La cucina è più che sufficiente ( come il 99% degli hotel in Mar Rosso, connessione wifi quasi inesistente quindi meglio fare una sim locale ( molto economica), il mare è a 5 minuti di passeggiata. Unica nota negativa riguarda alcuni furti dalle cassette di sicurezza delle camere ( avevo già letto qualcosa a riguardo) ma, sinceramente, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Не тратьте деньги и нервы, выбирайте другой отель
Единственный плюс отеля- ухоженные зелёные насаждения. Похоже, что кроме садовников никто в этом отеле не работает. Номера давно не ремонтированные, уборка отвратительная - за неделю уборщику не удалось убрать волосы и ногти предыдущих постояльцев , а один раз просто не стали убирать, забрав старые полотенца. Общение со службой бронирования не удалось -на письма и телефонные звонки не отвечают. Общение с «reception» - только через скандал. Иначе несколько раз пообещают и ничего не сделают (был неисправен сейф и унитаз). И много комаров на улице и в номерах. Еда невкусная. Не советую.
