I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.

The place was good enough to spend good and lovely time, pool, night activities, aqua park, gardens are really great but rooms should be better served. People are great. beach was not so clean it should get cleaned. However, the place is worth to visit and don’t judge the place from the first sight as we did, as I enjoyed much on the second and third days.
