The staff were all lovely. The family room was great and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean too. Fantastic location in centre of Harrogate. It was built in the 1700’s so you must embrace its age and character.

Lovely room and welcoming staff. Fish smell in bar restaurant is off putting, cant smell in the roomsbut makes sitting for a drink unpleasant
