"Our stay was amazing. Such a beautiful, cozy property with the most amazing view over the bay. Had everythinf we needed and the outdoor bathtub was a greay placd to relax. Cawsand and Kingsand are stunning villages with friendly people, I would recommend and will definitely be back."

"Sarah was a lovely, welcoming and warm host. From the minute I booked a stay with her (my first time) she was informative and kept in touch with me when needed. She called me to confirm my booking, to make sure I knew the address, if I needed suggestions on things in the area or even where to park. Her breakfast in the morning beachside was perfect, it was made to a high standard and tasted wonderful. The coffee, her company and the food really made this experience. Her 2 lovely dogs aka the other hosts were both the sweetest angels ever and did not invade my personal space, were not loud and kept me company in the morning while beachside. When I come back I will be booking in with Sarah straight away and I will recommend her to anyone thinking of visiting this peaceful area. The room I had faced the beach so the sounds of the sea got me to sleep and the morning sunshine view had me waking up with a smile on my face - also the bed was so comfortable I haven’t slept that good in such a long time! FYI if you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful break from a busy city life then Cawsand/Kingsand is 100% the place to be. Everyone is so lovely, welcoming and the food is very good. The beaches are unspoilt and the water is crystal clear. I will be back very soon! Thank you again Sarah :)"

"Great spot and lovely views. Beach right on your doorstep with a good bar restaurant just up the road. We did use the private chef he was very good also. Grandkids loved it."

"Beautiful cottage. Incredibly spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Beds were lovely and there's plenty of storage space. Kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we could possibly need. Child friendly too. Only downside is parking but that's typical of Cornish villages Would thoroughly recommend."

"The room was excellent for all four of us. It was our first trip to Cornwall with our son and 6 year old granddaughter. Our hosts Fiona and James made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed the full English breakfasts. The location was wonderful with open fields at the rear of the property and on occasion spotting a cow or two. It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and highly recommend it to fellow holiday travelers."

"A lovely property in a great location. We had a lovely few days exploring the area, with lots to do. Property in good condition and plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children. Great communications with the host prior to stay, would recommend it."

"Lovely place to stay, magnificent view of the sea. The house was clean, very well equipped kitchen, lovely comfortable beds. The day we arrived was so hot and there are no fans, but I messaged the owner and next day he had left one at the front door! I would definitely recommend."
