"The beds have rather uncomfortable comforter covers made from a crinkled synthetic fiber that you inevitably have next to your face. The breakfast is about what you'd expect from a mid-price hotel chain, but I was astonished on the second day that they had no caffeinated tea whatsoever. Lots of decaf Earl Grey, but none of the regular kind."

"The hotel was fairly clean, but there were several maintenance issues. Some of the electrical outlets did not work, the in‑room coffee maker was missing parts, and the bathroom was in need of repairs/cleaning. During our stay, the ice maker on our floor was out of order, and the elevator stopped working overnight, which was inconvenient. They were quick to fix this and had it up and running by mid-morning the following day. On the positive side, the location was very convenient - close to several places to shop, dine & explore. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. Plenty of in-room tv channels for the nights we were rained in."

"Great deal for what we needed. A quick place to lay down for the night on our 18 hour road trip with 2 kids 2 and under and a German shepherd dog. The indoor pool was a big plus for the kiddos. Clean bedding. The room’s bathroom had a pee mark on the toilet seat. Nothing that a Clorox wipe couldn’t fix real quick :) Over all very pleasant staff and a very clean continental breakfast area.
