"In a word - grim! There was mould in bathroom and throughout apartment. There were hairs still across the floor, there was inadequate cooking utensils. The place felt damp and I’m reasonably sure we ended up with chest infections from staying there."

"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "

"The location was great. Hands down, it was very convenient and safe. The unit was clean, however the bathroom needs more deep cleaning especially the tiles in the shower. Some faucet fixtures need to be fixed as well. Also they need to more add towel hangers in the bathroom. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thanks"

"This Condo with a balcony is located on the 5th floor. Great view of court yard with several swimming pools, basketball court. My wife and i enjoyed having coffee and in the morning out on the balcony. Condo equipped with fridge, microwave, stove top, and a washing machine. Plates, pots, pans, coffee maker are also included. The only fast food place is Kenny Rogers about 1 block from this Condo. Otherwise, you need to take a taxi to go place to place. We stayed 6 nights here and enjoyed. Big...
