"I have stayed at this place multiple times with no issues but this time my stay wasn't great. We have always been on the 1st floor and the rooms were decent and clean. This time I was put on the 3rd floor and the room was awful. The couch had stains, the room obviously hasn't been dusted in a while, there was a dead bug in the shower, the shower didn't drain well and the balcony door was taped with black tape and had to be opened using a lot of force. It was so loud, there was little kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on doors after 10. It was just a lot going on. Also, the trash outdoors is always running over and upon us leaving this morning someone decided to leave trash right in the middle of the hotel when you enter through the side doors. Maybe because the trash can was overflowing but that's not an excuse.
With that being said I gave it 3 stars based on previous stays and the fact that the bed is comfy and clean and they had hot water. They also have a nice sitting area outside. I never go to breakfast though so I can't rate that. "

"Clean room. Not so friendly staff. The italian resturaunt lady was very nice. They advertise a breakfast buffet which is why i chose this. My husband loves breakfast buffet. Its nothing more than a continental breakfast. Thursday morning food was dired out. Eggs hard. Pretty basic and never a change of choices either. We were there 4 days. Will stay elsewhere next time"
