"Upon entering our room, the smell of musty, mildewy carpet hit us in the face. The beds were so hard, squeaky, and uncomfortable, even our teen boys complained. The breakfast was fine - the juice machine was out of order, so they had consolation bottles of Sunny D. Overall, the hotel needs a good carpet cleaning, some mattress pads, and an overall makeover. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car - thank goodness we only stayed one night! The whole area was pretty run down over...

"Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Only issues were low water pressure and couldn't figure out how to close drain in tub to take a bath. Great place to stay to see the falls."

"“Overpriced and Disappointing Stay.” A very disappointing hotel experience we’ve had, especially after paying $294+ for one night for five people. To make it worse, the price dropped to $190 on the day of arrival, but we couldn’t get any refund because the booking was non-refundable. The reception wasn’t really welcoming, and although the hallways looked very decent, the room was disappointing. The bed linens didn’t appear clean, and the continental breakfast had bread, waffles, and oatmeal...

"I definitely paid way more than the room was worth. If you need a spot for a quick nights stay it wouldn’t be too bad. The bathroom is in need of repair, the beds were not the most comfortable in the world. The room had a musty smell, the refrigerator was turned all the way up & barely kept anything cold & the air conditioning needs to be looked at, for what we had it on the room should’ve been cooler. The best part was how nice the staff were, very friendly!"

"Flight was cancelled due to severe storm & forest fire near Buffalo but hotel refused to refund or even credit me . They aren’t willing to cooperate with something out my control therefore it left a bad taste to never want to stay there in the future"

"Awesome property. Arrived late in the evening and staff was very welcoming. Sparkling clean updated room with all essentials! WiFi and cable tv., a hot shower and a quiet nights sleep. Will return for sure."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty when we checked in, and it looked like it had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom was unacceptable, and the restroom door didn’t even have a working lock, which is a serious privacy and safety concern. The overall condition of the room was disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. I expected much better, but this hotel failed to meet even basic cleanliness and maintenance...

"The location was convenient for our stay with plenty of parking. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean. The mattresses were just ok, slept on better and worse. Breakfast was limited but good. Finding the pool was confusing as there is only one sign but down two hallways away and it was cold. Staff were friendly"
