When we checked in late at night, the front desk lady was very accommodating, addressing all our requests and providing us with helpful information about the area. At breakfast, we were warmly greeted by Ramona whose amazing smile made our morning even better. She handed us our plates and utensils and made sure we had everything we needed. We have never experienced this level of genuine hospitality before. We truly appreciate this wonderful service and we will definitely stay here again! "
