The bedroom is a calm, restful space with a plush double bed, elegant bedside lighting, and crisp white bedding accented with soft red and grey tones. The bathroom is sleek and modern, offering a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is usually after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. To make your stay even easier, we offer a range of extras, including early check-in/late check-out at £10 per hour, a pet cleaning fee of £20, travel cot hire for £25, mid-stay cleaning for £40, and extra linen/towels at £10. Need groceries pre-stocked or luggage storage? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

Additional Charges
A £70 charge applies for key replacement, and house rule breaches (e.g. parties, smoking) will incur a £100 fee.

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fee before check-in. This is refunded after post-checkout inspection and subject to compliance with house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorised extra guests, no noise/loud music during quiet times 8 pm - 8 am, no parties.
