"Feels like an upmarket hotel with really attentive staff. Unfortunately my room, despite being really spacious looked tired and worn. The communal areas are very welcoming and they have a good breakfast. Swimming pool also looks a bit tired. Sauna area and gym are really good."

"The check in was very quick and we got to our room dumped our bags and went for something to eat. On going out later we tried the bar area , very nice and comfortable with friendly staff. We will be stopping at the hotel again as I want to use the pool and gym next visit. "

"Friendly staff, very good breakfast and comfortable room. Parking at a partner property relatively close was OK though frankly road network in Sheffield is now a nightmare (make sure your satnav is up to date and just resign yourself to driving much further than line of sight!). Our bathroom was a little bit "tired" - slow basin runaway and wobbly loo seat."

"The room was on the ground floor facing the car park. This meant i had to keep the blind down the whole time, which gave it a prison cell feel! Aside from that, it was a clean room and was OK for a couple of nights. The breakfast isn't great but you can have a couple of helpings to fill you up. For the price, it's a decent hotel. "
