"It was fine, probably on par overall with other hotels in this area in the same price range, but nothing special. I was hungry at 10pm and found several options nearby and the neightborhood felt plenty safe to walk, so that's a big plus. The mattress felt weird, not in a good way, and then I noticed it actually was two single bad frames pushed together with a mattress on top that felt well past its prime. The room overall was clean EXCEPT there was some weird dried splotch on the bed headboard that appeared to be some sort of human bio-residue, so that was gross and unnerving, obviously missed by housekeeping. I come to town once a month, fly in late, sleep, and then leave early for local work, so the most important aspect for me is a good bed, and this definitely was not it. The room did have a nice balcony, and the breakfast bar looked pretty good although I did not eat breakfast at the hotel so that was not an advantage for me personally. I would not be averse to staying here again, but it probably won't be my first choice either. "

"The hotel was like a Motel 6 with a view. It was clean and in a great location but it was old. The bathroom was slightly scary and the toilet leaked. The hotel charges a destination fee at the end of your stay as a little going away present."

"This place is beautiful the rooms were very clean the cleaning staff were on top of it. Breakfast was great also . Fresh but the oatmeal was a little runny other than that good job . Scenic walk and view were on point "

"Return guest several times!! Love the location in Pt. Loma. Area is very walkable. Room was fine in general. Had everything that I require & it was quiet since I was there for 4 nights. Several days of work. Breakfast is decent, but could be enhanced with a couple "hot" items like eggs/bacon or similar. Bed was nice & TV was excellent. Everything worked except for the rolling desk chair. Wouldn't go up & down and the arms were loose. I will return in the future!! BTW, if you check in online prior to arrival, it makes the actual check in process very fast..."

"The shuttle was quick and hotel nearby, we arrived after midnight, night staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable with coffee. No breakfast however there is a restaurant in the lobby. It was a good place."
