RIVER FRONT HOME AMAZING VEIWS AND HOT TUB

"We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The place was spotlessly cleaned, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit down by the river and the kayak. It was a very pleasant stay. WiFi was also very reliable, which my teen and I appreciated since I worked some one of the days of our stay. The only thing I would consider is the fact that on Saturday there is quite a bit of noise from the nearby racetrack - not sure if that is the norm and there is obviously nothing the property owners can do, so I do not think it should deduct stars here."

"We stayed the Lady Virginia for my moms 84 birthday. It was just mom , my brother and us 4 sisters . We had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was beautiful and clean . We really just hung out and laughed and talked for the weekend . We went to nearby Brix and Columns winery which was really nice . Scot and Paul are amazing hosts and everything you need is available. They were so sweet and helped us enjoy our weekend by providing restaurant links and their options"

"From booking to check out, this was a very pleasant experience. Most importantly, the home was exactly as presented. And everything worked! The oven, the stove, the microwave, the coffee pot the outdoor lights, the hot tub. I know this sounds trivial, but we’ve stayed in so many rentals where something doesn’t work. We would absolutely stay here again and we highly recommend it. It’s an older historic home and obviously it can’t be spotless which is the reason it only got four stars, but the home was very clean and neat and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. And my husband actually has the high score on one of the video games so someone will have to challenge him!"

"We are very grateful for this property and enjoyed our stay. The inside was neat and tidy, ready for the stay. We were slightly disappointed with the outside, as it looked disheveled and dirty, we were afraid to see the inside. The amount of spider webs was overwhelming that we found it hard to sit outside. The kayaks and tubes were also dirty and covered with bugs, leaves, and dirt, no one wanted to use them. The gaming room was fun and clean, minus the bugs that could get in through the gap in the garage door."

"The cottage was in such a nice location. The views around the property were incredible. About 20 min from Shenandoah entrance. Every morning we woke up to A family of deer right outside our cottage. The stars at night were amazing. And everything we needed was provided. Plus it was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in."
