The room itself was very clean and, comfy, with stunning views of the beautiful City of Calgary.The Westin's location is simply unmatched. Checking out with Chirag was the cherry on top. His professionalism combined with a brilliant sense of humour had us laughing all the way to the door. An exceptional stay from start to finish. We'll absolutely be back! A special mention must go to the calibre of staff of The Westin. The training and selection process is clearly exceptional. We have never visited a hotel where every single team member seemed so perfectly suited to their role - the professionalism is truly unmatched.
