This newly built, contemporary property, set over two floors, is an oasis of calm from the moment you step through the door. The calming colours and the decor that reflect the surrounding nature and coastal location offer a soothing haven. The warm and cosy living room is a perfect spot to unwind and socialise, with comfortable seating, indoor plants, a Smart TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals using your locally sourced ingredients. Eat together in the bright and airy dining area of the open-plan kitchen. The popular and pretty seaside towns of Cromer (5 miles) and Salthouse (6 miles) offer water sports and beach activities. Alternatively, take the North Norfolk Railway from Sheringham to Holt (6 miles) and follow the Owl Trail around this traditional Georgian market town. Wildlife lovers should head to Blakeney Point (11 miles) and take a boat trip to see the sea colonies.
