The property is within walking distance of the beach and town centre with a wealth of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The area is ideal for walking and hiking, birdwatching, woodland walks and for a family holiday by the sea or exploring the beautiful Norfolk coastal villages and beaches. Sheringham offers a wide range of amenities for all ages, including indoor leisure pool, tennis courts, golf course, pitch and putt, sandy beach and promenade, and the Little Theatre and Poppy Steam Railway which runs along the coast to Holt. Six miles away is Cromer, famous for its crabs, and a little further along the coast is the Salt Marsh RSPB Bird and Nature Reserves. Take a boat trip from Blakeney and Morston Harbour to visit the seal colonies and Blakeney Point National Trust Reserve. Attractions including The Norfolk Broads, city of Norwich and some of Norfolk’s finest National Trust homes and parks can be found within a 30 mile radius. Shop, pubs and restaurant ¼ mile.
