The Tides is a handsome Victorian town house located in the delightful seaside town of Sheringham. The Tides boasts a short walk to all the amenities the town has to offer as well as the stunning beach. This property has been beautifully furnished to a wonderful standard and offers a wonderful property to bring the family and friends together for a staycation on the North Norfolk coast.

Rooms: 5 Bedrooms, 1 Wet Room, 1 Shower Room, 1 Bathroom, 1 en suite, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 sitting room, 1 TV/Den/Snug Room, 1 utility Beds: 2 super king sized, 1 king sized, 2 twins Other: Towels. WiFi. Bed linen provided.  Outdoors: Enclosed courtyard garden to the rear of property offering plenty of space to enjoy a drink or dine as a group on the stylish outdoor furniture. Double retractable washing line and outside hose for washing down beach equipment plus hanging rack for wet beachwear. Gateway leading to path which follows down to the beach 160 yards away. There is also an outhouse with access to large freezer and plenty of storage for body boards and beachwear.  Parking:  Free unlimited time on road parking outside. Morris Street, Station Road, The Chequers & Cliff Road Car-parks all offer a 7 day permit which can be bought at the carpark machine. There is also electric vehicle charging points at Morris Street which is within 30 metres of The Tides.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
