"Thus was a wonderful hotel, on the beach. We decided to book a beach hotel at last minute and were so happy. We had a 4th floor balcony beach view. Saw a great sunset and had a beverage from the bar ( although way to expensive) There was even a airshow going on with the Thunderbirds!! Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. We would stay here again!"

"We recently stayed at this property and were very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Upon check-in, we were informed that rooms would be cleaned every other day. However, throughout our entire stay, our room was never serviced once. We had to repeatedly request basic necessities like fresh towels and clean sheets for the sleeper sofa, which became frustrating very quickly. Despite being told what to expect, those expectations were not met at all. Additionally, we requested to speak with management on two separate occasions and never received any follow-up. That lack of response only added to our frustration and made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously. The hotel itself is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but the lack of follow-through on something as standard as housekeeping—and the absence of communication from management—significantly impacted our experience. Consistency and accountability are key in hospitality, and unfortunately, both were lacking during our stay. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so future guests don’t have a similar experience."

"Pool side seating was comfy but wasnt cleaned daily, our room was 217 and it was pool side and smelled like mild dew the first 2 days the water was out most of the day. We didnt have wash clothes, we didnt have forks or spoons in our room until the 2nd night, the toilet wasnt bolted to the floor had to complain and they sent maintenance in 2nd night to fix. Sheets kept coming off so i called front desk on third day and requested they be changed and they tolde that even if they was changed they would do the same because the dryer has shrunk them. They came and was supposed to have changed them but didnt because they was sand in the bed they took the top cover off and put on 3 top sheets as cover. We was there 6 days and had 4 people and only 2 rolls toilet paper and ran out. There was also big water looking bugs in the room i kept killing i was told there was nothing they could do. We will NEVER go back to this PLACE EVER again its horrible place. Its a nice location and could be a nice place if whoever runs and manages the place took pride in it and took better care of it. The pool was NEVER cleaned and didnt even smell like it had chlorine in it at all. And the outside place where towels go for the pool never had any towels in it the whole time we was there. The outside lounge chairs was never cleaned. However, the tiki bar is amazing!!"

"Don’t fall for the price, $15 Per Parkin per Night. Please read all, on ad posted page. we arrived at 3:00 but Check in time is at 4:00Pm and we waited till 5:30Pm to get the room. If they wants to fill the pool, you don’t get water in bathroom, I can understand but they could have filled up midnights not early in the morning and The phone line don’t work in the room! Nevertheless Staff is very polite!! "
