"Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. The breakfast staff were also wonderful as were the cleaning staff and others at reception. The hotel is old but obviously some rooms...

"以前一泊だけしたのですが、とても良かったのでリピートさせていただきました。 注意点?としてはガレージは軽自動車専用(入れたらシャッターしまらない)なのでちょっとだけ離れたパーキングにとめる必要があるかなと。 コンビニなどはちょっと歩かないとない。 くらいで、特に不便とかはなく(家電はほぼ揃ってるし、カトラリーもある)むしろ快適でした。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです(*^^*)"
