"The hotel itself is very clean and what’s really great is that it’s right by Kyoto station in the city and that helped with commuting alot to where we traveled to.
The staff however know very little English and not so helpful, they claimed their laundry service was cheap but our load of Laundry was 220$ USD, which is unheard of here in the states. You also have to pay to use the gym and the pool. And there is also a tourist tax that is charged per night. Other than the cleanliness of the hotel and us feeling safe I don’t think I would recommend the hotel. To pay so much already I felt like the extra charges were kind of not worth staying here. This was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed at due to us being in town for 4 days , we stayed in cheaper hotels half the price and those were way better than what we paid for this one."
