"Very disappointed with this hotel! We stayed here one night early in front of our Tour. Then they transferred us to a room against the expressway. Listen to sirens all night. Staying here for a total of five nights. Top deck restaurant was wide open, but we were required to wait 20 minutes for a table. Would not stay here again. No would we recommend this location to anyone."

"I had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Park Shiodome for 10 days. I stayed in the single bedroom which provided enough space for only just me. The room was perfect as I had no issues with space. If you bring a large suitcase I’d say there isn’t much space to lay it down completely flat but that’s wasn’t a problem. The hotel amenities had everything you need without leaving. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the dining through was a good experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent location and clean, efficient rooms. The proximity to the train station, a family mart, and the Don Quixote saved us a lot of transportation time and allowed for lots of cheap supply runs. The rooms are definitely a little tight when you have more than one suitcase, and the light from the toilet is very bright and you can’t turn it off as it shines through the glass restroom doors, but otherwise the room was very efficient and had everything we needed including water, coffee, toiletries, and two mirrors. The food was very expensive so if you are budget traveling I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel itself, but the hotel being so close to the family mart made cheap breakfast super easy! They both hold baggage before and after check in and will ship your bags to the next hotel which was incredibly helpful. The only downside is that they say they have laundry but it is $5 USD per shirt and you pay per item of laundry so a weeks load of underwear and shirts would have been at least $50-$60 for the both of us. Better to use a coin laundromat. Otherwise we really enjoyed the atmosphere and convenience of this hotel. "

"Bathroom on the smaller side even for “unit bath” I wish there was more counter space. Amenities were great, skincare, room wear, no issues. I do wish they had the universal charger in the room like some other properties. Overall no complaints. I was fortunate enough to get a room with a view of the tip of the tower and that really elevated my mood. Thank you! "
