Ours was affordable , but for a family of Five, 2 males are 6ft tall, approx 150-180 lbs, 3 females approx 115, 125 & 170lbs, it was small & tight for us. Bathroom was Too Small😢, with a tiny narrow sink, had to brush our teeth in the laundry room, shower & bath combo was spacious, with a ceiling heater. Kitchen, only used fridge & table, no broom. Washer available, but only small drying rack. We had planned to do laundry, but...
