"This was my third time staying at this location. My second time during this trip. The view from my room was even greater than my second time. This time I got a good view of Tokyo Tower from my corner room. The room was also a bit more spacious than the previous rooms I stayed in. My only small complaint was that I only received one set of pillows and one towel for the room. Even though it was just me in the room, it was a slight inconvenience. Other than that I enjoyed my stay! As always that staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly."

"All the staff were very friendly. A lady who helped us check in and check out was especially helpful; she even hailed a taxi for us when we left and gave the driver the exact address of our destination. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time"
