8/10 Very good! (18 reviews)
The only thing good and accurate about the property was the location. The property was advertised as air conditioned both units were broken and despite three requests repairs were never made. Additionally a notice of insect extermination was left from the prior week. There were bugs in the bed in the bathroom and kitchen. The linens were not changed and ants got into luggage and toiletries. No price concessions were offered. I would not allow this property to post on the site. Communication was poor throughout. Additionally a watch was left at the property but was never found by staff.

Great Location close to Paddington Station.
The property and room is cleaned.
Room is small but it is good enough for short stay to transfer to different city.
No elevator in case you have big suitcases.
Overall 9/10

"Self service check in wouldn't work so staff did it in the end. Food ordinary and you have to pay for parking 😒. Low cost hotel and you sure get what you pay for."
