"This house is located in a great spot for beach access whilst being in a quiet pocket away from the crowds. Water views and walking distance to beach. House is well appointed and easy to care for. Thank you for having us!"

(ii) I received no reply from the agent to any of my attempts to contact her a few days before, and while, I was staying at the apartment."

"The apartment is owned by The Perfect Host and he lived up to that name. It was beautifully furnished, the en-suite was spacious, AC in all rooms and a large balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for Gladstone. And all at a very reasonable price. Well done, Ian."
