"Clean and very accessible "

"Nice place. Great location "

"We arrived at ~8:30am having come directly from a cruise so rather early for check in. The front desk employee assured me we would receive a text letting us know when our room was available as we were sitting in the dining area. Roughly 5 hours later I approached the desk to see if there was any chance of getting checked in. The gentleman, who was not who I dealt with earlier, apologized for not realizing we were trying to check in when he saw me previously and said our room had been ready for some time. Frustrating to say the least. We were told that laundry facilities were available for free (providing our own detergent) but because we didn’t have our room assignment yet, we would be unable to use them despite clearly having a reservation. Once we were in our room, it was observed that there appeared to be feces smeared on the wall above the trash can. Further, the gap-stop under the main entryway door was broken. Aside from these couple issues, the location was ideal for our needs, the bed was quite comfortable, and the food suggestions given to use were excellent. Lastly it was greatly appreciated that the shuttle arrived ahead of time and took us safely to the airport. Overall an excellent stay at the property despite the initial delay getting in to our room and the housekeeping staff overlooking some sanitation opportunities. "

"The most wonderful shuttle driver drove back around the airport as my phone fell out of my pocket as I excited the shuttle and I didn’t realize till inside the terminal to check in. Didn’t get his name but he was so sweet! Room was clean. Food was ok for breakfast. Hot tub was torn apart but pool was working. Walked to Revere Beach for sandcastle building competition and it was a scary walk beside a freeway,under the freeway and through some interesting area. Wouldn’t do it again. Can’t even cross the street to get to the grocery store. Fine if you are just spending the night near the airports and use the shuttle."

"It was a quick stay after a cruise and before our flight. The front desk clerk was very helpful in her directions of where to catch the train to the downtown historic city. It was a reasonable walk to & from the train. The shuttle was prompt for the 5 minute ride to BOS. The room is spacious & clean and bed comfortable & clean. TV worked well."
